Nabulizi's Alterations has a typical turn around time of 5 working days. If you need the garment sooner than the time specified, there will be a rush charge applied to the purchase. The rush charge will vary depending on the work that needs to be done and discussed upfront with you in writing. The client is responsible for fully communicating if there are deadlines or select dates they need to receive the garment.

 

There is a grace period of 60 days if you are not satisfied with your garment's alteration. The grace period starts once you have picked up your item(s). After 60 days, an additional charge will incur to change or modify the garment's original alteration.

 

If you do not return to pick up your garment after four months, it will be donated to a non-profit that collects clothing. If there are any outstanding expenses, Nabulizi's Alterations will bill in full.

 

Nabulizi's Alterations reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Nabulizi's Alterations also reserves the right to increase pricing for individual orders based on the work's complexity that exceeds the alteration's standard cost.

 

Nabulizi's Alterations does not discriminate based on a person's national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, and familial status. Nabulizi's Alterations also does not discriminate based on a person's birthplace, ancestry, culture, or language.
